To cancel a recent order please contact us via email hello@socialsnackinghouse.com in the shortest time possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. We are unable to cancel or change requests once the order has been manufactured.

You can choose between our partner payment systems; Apple Pay or Stripe.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online orders only.

Your Social Snacking House order will be packed by hand, with love, and dispatched by us. We pride ourselves on our sustainable thinking; each cushion is made to order, therefore as a guide please allow four weeks from date of ordering to date of delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order is on its way.
You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch, so you can track the progress of your order. We do our best to ensure original timing estimates are met, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties, bad weather conditions or events outside of our control.
We ship with Royal Mail to ensure your order will arrive quickly, safely and smoothly. If you experience any issues, please do contact us socialsnackinghouse@gmail.com.
We offer free delivery to all our clients in the UK.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery.
If there is a problem with your order you must email us at socialsnackinghouse@gmail.com within three (3) days of receipt.
Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty. To return, all items must be in original condition and in the original packaging including the original receipt within 14 days. Once faulty items are received and confirmed, we will refund items via the original payment method. Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.
You will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required (Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS, etc). We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
